Drunk ATV Driver Racing Guy on Pit Bike Goes Wrong
In the Odintsovsky District of Moscow Oblast teenagers were racing each other on an ATV and a pit bike. The guy on the ATV tried to cut off the pit bike, ended up flipping over, and hit an elderly pedestrian who ended up in a coma with a traumatic brain injury while the ATV driver sustained serious injuries. Witnesses told that the ATV rider was drunk and often drives drunk.
