The police arrived at the scene and found four people injured. Among them, a 22-year-old male college student named Chen died in the hospital. What is outrageous is that after the driver got out of the car, he only said that he was in a daze. Witnesses said that the car did not brake at all until It stopped after hitting a telephone pole. The police later tested the perpetrator's e-cigarette cartridge and found that it contained drug reactions. They suspected that he may have been driving under the influence. |

Re: Drugged Driver Kills 22YO College Student
For us 'normal' users... sure... but Idiots + Very High levels of thc... no. I've seen some STUPID shit from these types. The problem with them is the delayed reaction, you can hit that thing 20 times before the first one hits you... Very similar to edibles. I think with vaping an oil you basically ingest it vs inhale it. or a mix between the 2 but much slower reaction in the body.

Re: Drugged Driver Kills 22YO College Student
The description is totally false. The driver was speeding and drove into the bike lane and obliterated the scooter/bike driver! Then, they just kept on driving! It looked 100% deliberate! That's vastly different from the "official" description. I see this quite often. Who writes these things? They couldn't possibly be looking at the same clip I'm watching.
