I was thinking 'what are the odds that just at the point you try to overtake someone from the hard shoulder, there's a car stopped there'... but then I remembered it's Russia... there could be just about anything,anywhere there..( not trying to offend anyone.. just experience through watching dashcam video's :-) )

Took me 20 minutes to stop laughing, if I was the driver of the car he tried to overtake I would have stopped and reversed back and say "well done sucker".
