Re: This Driver Has to Be Drunk
I can't tell you how often this has happened to ME! Fortunately it was someone else's car. |

Re: This Driver Has to Be Drunk
I’ve totally done that. I got a ticket late one night after the bars closed and we went to the all night diner. Cop was cool and didn’t arrest me for drunk driving even though clearly I was. When I got home after eating I parked the car around the corner and reported it stolen. The dispatcher woman said, “You know, this car’s had a citation this evening.” I said, “Nope. *hic I don’t know anything about it.” The cops showed up at my house, the dispatcher, the cop that wrote me the ticket and one other officer. It was priceless. There’s a whole story about what took place while they were there and it’s a bit crazy but in the end they all left telling me “Go to bed and sleep it off.” I don’t drink anymore. *(Laramie, Wyoming 1985) |

Re: This Driver Has to Be Drunk
He wasn't drunk. He just got done cruising the airport drop-off lanes and they were empty, so now he's just wandering aimlessly. Probably looking for anyone with a roller suitcase, trundling along. |
