Philippines. 6 P.M. today. Translation: During the initial investigation by the Bureau of Fire Protection, the victims were identified as A.H, 30, and a 2 years old girl. A.H. got a seed injury while the minor had a stroke. |

I was expecting to see unrestrained bodies flying out of the van as it rolled. I am a bit disappointed.

~ Minibus was speeding, tried to overtake in the the same right lane, but then saw the parked vehicle ahead, & tried to veer back onto the other left lane, but then it hit an uneven patch of road, so it lost control, & rolled over, & over.
