  WOODBRIDGE, Va. A driver’s ‘doughnut’ antics on Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge ended when he crashed into a police vehicle Wednesday night and another motorist caught the whole thing on camera. He was arrested afterwards. |

Was there anybody actually in the car? Were they conscious? It looks alot like on of those runaway boat videos where the operator falls overboard and the boat goes I'm circles.

The only thing that may be as bad as hitting a cop is hitting a car full of personal injury attorneys. Yes, my boss was one of those attorneys in the car.

Most probably there was a medical episode by the driver and they passed out and the car kept going in a circle until stopped. This was not someone doing donuts. From wheel drive cars can’t do donuts. Probably a heart attack or diabetes caused this to happen.

I was about to say the same thing. Likely the forced stop of the vehicle was a calculated risk at the point where injuries and property damage would be minimal.
