Dirt Bike Explodes in Fireball Leaving Teen Rider on Fire
Salinas, California. A teenager on a dirt bike blowing through a red light and smacks straight into the side of a turning car before it explodes. The teen’s pal instantly dashes over to him and helps to smother the growing fire. Police have identified the two teens as being 15 and 16 years-old. They said the teens ran a red light at the Target shopping centre intersection on Harden Ranch Road with the 16-year-old briefly catching on fire. He surprisingly walked away with a slight limp and a broken ankle but he is expected to recover. Shocked onlookers could be seen getting out of their cars as they realised the horror accident unfolding before them. The troublesome pair were cited by police for traffic violations and later released to their parents. |

Probably Chinese off-road vehicles bought on Amazon. A DOT rated gas tank would not blow up like that.

The 16-year-old was riding a non-street-legal dirt bike. So probably Chinese crap or homemade from scrap bikes.   |
