A police officer was driving through a residential area in Knoxville, Iowa when a deer ran up to his car.

The officer was able to stop just as the deer jumped over it and then pranced away between a couple of houses.

The deer wasn't cited for jaywalking.

If you look carefully in the distance at the beginning, there is a train passing beyond that white house. I hope it has gone by the time Bambi gets to the tracks.
