Deer Jumps Over Hood of Squad Car

May 30 2009 A police officer in Indianaola, Iowa actually had a deer jump the hood of his cruiser and it was all caught on tape.

The 10-year police veteran said he spotted the deer just seconds before, but didn't think it would come so close to the car.

The police car's dash camera caught it all on tape. The officer figures the deer went 32 inches into the air.
The hood is 70 inches across.

Just amazing on how high deer can really jump. Plus, they're cute as hell.

Wait a second... you people in America, have DEER!!! in your city's? Iowa's pretty major right? Or is it a state? Darn American Geography... But the main point... You really have them just wondering around, like not in nature parks, and they actually go on roads and stuff??? and you keep them as pets and it's not really odd to see them? 'bamboozled'
