July 29th 2025. A 48-year-old man was driving a Toyota Verso and was distracted by his mobile phone. He did not have time to brake and ran into a Renault Sandero car, which, in order to turn left, stopped to let oncoming traffic pass. The accused's car was thrown into the oncoming traffic lane, where it collided with a Lada.

As a result, the accused's wife, who was in the rear passenger seat, received an abdominal injury with rupture of an internal organ, causing serious harm to her health.

In addition, the passenger of the Lada suffered a leg injury. The man admitted his guilt in court and repented of what he had done.
