Whilst he was probably speeding, he did brake the moment he saw her appear from behind the slower moving van. And she was lost in her own fucking world staring at her phone. Had she been looking left and right as you're supposed to do a fucking pedestrian, she could have avoided being hit. Dumbasses, both of them. |
