100% the bicyclist's fault. He was in the turn only lane. Bicyclists must obey traffic laws just like motor driven vehicles. I wouldn't have hit the cycling cunt with my car, but I would have scared the shit out of him.  |

The bicyclist wasn't on the right hand side of the turn lane, he was riding to the LEFT of the turn lane, which should signify that he is NOT turning right but instead going straight, even though he was just over the line. It completely looks as if the driver of the car purposely waited for the bike in order to hit him. In the third camera view you can see that the car driver even turned left so far as to almost run into the side of the car on that side street! Coincidentally, the driver of the car that hit him forgot to put his car in park when he jumped out. Great driving!I would love to know how this turned out... |
