If you're aware you're sharing the roads with cyclists, you are way more aware. Specific roadways, you know for fact, cyclists are on them. The blame is on both the driver and the cyclist. |

Yeah, well, the fact of the matter is that many drivers are resentful of those who ride bikes; often doing things like that intentionally.  |
