Car was going 10 miles an hour when he hit the bicyclist and it took him 50 ft to stop. I am pretty sure the only thing that stopped the car was the friction of the person between the car and the road! Almost like he panicked and just let go of all the controls of the vehicle!   |

Sorry William May, if your on a bike you have to make sure you are clear to go thru an intersection. 2000lb+ Car to 180Lb person.... Car Wins
