At least 5 seconds passes from when the car turns the corner to impact with the cyclist. More than enough time to see and avoid the cyclist.  was he doing? Texting, perving, reading the paper?

Driving on a residential street the other day, a man was riding his bike too far out in the street, I wasn't going to attempt driving by until 'he knew my car' was there and "I" felt safe enough to pass him. The driver in this vid was not paying attention to the road ahead and hit the poor soul. I hope the driver pays dearly for that.  |
