Footage from a security cam, girl shows signs of intoxication. Seconds after climbing the stairs, she jumps. The body was found by a woman who immediately called for help.

It was just like a movie the way that lady responded. Start to finish. Even the dramatic trip over the womans legs and then wildly tossing her head around in an attempt to find life.
