Cops don't fuck around there, wherever this is down south of the borders. They may be grossly inept, and get themselves and fellow officers killed while surrounding an armed suspect, but they don't fuck around   |

Context for anyone interested: The incident occurred in the middle of an intervention to prevent illegal street racing (both bikes and cars) in the district of Huanchaco, Trujillo in Perú. Police thought the couple was involved somehow to the aforementioned illegal races and tried to stop them, the couple refused to stop and that's what prompted the agent to strike them with his helmet.
