Looks like some of the careful drivers where I live. Didn't even stop when he obviously saw it/caused it. Look where accident occurs relative to the trucker that caused it...it's at his 10'oclock.

I say this as a million mile + accident free truck driver. The truck was wrong, but that bus driver has to be anticipating that the truck would do that. If you expect the wrong thing to happen, you'll never be surprised when it does.  |

Truck driver was at fault but the bus driver could have exercised a little more defensive driving skills. I think this whole thing could have been avoided.
