A Road Race motorbike racer named Muhammad Reski Wijaya had an accident after hitting a spectator at the 2023 East Kolaka Regency Regent Cup Tournament. Kapolres Koltim, AKBP Yudhi Palmi said the accident occurred at around 11.00 WITA at the District Office Non-Permanent Circuit. Kolaka Timur Lalingato Village, Kec. Tirawuta Kab. East Kolaka "The chronology of the incident began during the free final round of the 124cc Duck 4 Stroke Tu Mix Ex (Novice) during the 5th racer's track where Muhammad Reski Wijaya suddenly experienced a brake failure at the time at the capsule corner and the racer was unable to control the motorbike he was driving. He crashes into the organizers and spectators who are watching the races," he said. Due to this incident, the victim and driver were rushed to the UPTD Tirawuta Health Center and first aid was administered. "Both spectators suffered injuries and broken bones while Wijaya suffered lacerations," he explained |
