Re: Chinese Wright Brothers
Even the Wright brothers had DOZENS of crashes. In fact, the aircraft in the Smithsonian, billed as the first aircraft, is actually made up of salvaged pieces of several Wright aircraft, and anyway, has NEVER really flown. Although nearly all the parts used DID fly at some point, they were NOT ALL on the same aircraft. So, as the Local Chief Constable in "Young Frankenstein" would say: This Chinese guy is just following in his "Grandfodders's FootShteps"! If I had his address, I would send him the EAA booklet on how to establish a proper CG on an amateur built aircraft. |

Re: Chinese Wright Brothers
I'm KIND of a grammar Nazi, but only when it comes to Asian pronunciations of R's and L's. I guess I'm kind of the "Bluce Ree" of Asian pronunciations. HAI-YAH! (And, if you get the chance, go see the new Chinese movie "The Furious" about a Chinese guy trying to recover his teenage daughter from gangster kidnappers. The previews look AWESOME! It's like a Bruce Lee movie that has an actual STORY!) |

Re: Chinese Wright Brothers
Your English is EXCELLENT. I don't think I have ever criticized you for that. Anyway, if I ever did, it is all in fun. I don't speak ANY foreign language, although I know a little German. I only jump on Asian mis-literation, such as "Sally sells seashells by the seashore", with of course SHOULD BE "Sarry serrs seasherres by the sea shull!" Someday I will probably get my face slapped, hopefully by a REALLY cute Chinese girl who is indignant over my grammar assaults. Anyway, you caught one that I MISSED, so you get a gold cup for THAT! |

Re: Chinese Wright Brothers
I'd LOVE to find a little doll like that! And it would HAVE to have a cat head, since cats are completely insufferable anyway. |

Re: Chinese Wright Brothers
You never said anything about my English I was saying that jokingly, because I figure if I didn't make any mistakes yet it shouldn't be long before it happens haha. Yeah, I know of some stereotypical foreign English accents. I can largely thank South Park for that, especially Mr. Lu Kim / Dr. Janus and his "shity wok" |
