Hm... not clear to me from this angle that he was even injured, rather than just pressed down a bit and caged in-place. No blood, struggle, twitching or flailing, etc. Too bad there's no sound. Also no alarms or lights or people coming to cycle the arm out of position or anything, which even in China I'd expect to happen (eventually). Almost seems to be just looking around inside like 'oh fuck, now what do I do?' This might've been a super-lucky close call.
