He may be alive for now, but he does most certainly need immediate medical attention, and likely, intubation. That vehicle was FULL of water. I would be shocked if he didn't fracture any bones. I bet you he broke a ton of ribs.

Syria – A boy had a difficult time when he was hit by a tractor while playing near a road in Syria; The incident occurred a few days ago in the rural province of Daraa. Surveillance cameras captured the exact moment, when the boy was playing with his friends on a dirt road. The driver of the tractor could not stop the unit due to the untimely way in which the child crossed , and the rear wheels of the tractor passed over him, who fell to the ground. Fortunately, nearby people quickly came to his aid. Despite suffering minor injuries, the boy was able to sit up on his own. He was taken to hospital for treatment, but it was reported that his life was not in danger. |

It didn’t look like he sat up, it looked like he was pulled up and when let go he slumped over. That kids done.
