Wow. The law just doesn't make sense. As a bystander witness of a crime or accident, it's your duty to alert, in this case, the station workers at the very MF least! POS. Karma is evil and it'll get him one day. I could never do this! I cant even pocket money I see falling from someones person in my vicinity, even if they wouldn't notice it! I'm so pissed at this! If I was this pos' mom, relative or friend...I would disown him. I never would want to be associated with someone like that. URGH!!!! POS!
