Hilarious! As was the police procedure -- those guys were lousy. No need to pursue a Caravan, especially through narrow village streets. It would be followed by a lit-up cruiser until the Caravan reached a roadblock radioed ahead. No biggie. I do wonder when they did finally stop it whether the driver was cited for driving on a sidewalk in addition to being quite stoned. "I'm in a Caravan, there's the cops... I'm punchin' it!"
