Actually, he should sue the maker of the camera in the car. If the videos is this section are anything to go by, it's that putting a camera in your car is just asking for trouble.

My best friend's dad is an accident investigator and has been for thirty years. He always said hesitation behind the wheel is the cause for the majority of the accidents he has seen and dealt with. Just like this driver who second guesses whether he/she could make it across before the motorcycle gets there. When he/she second guesses, she panics and freezes. Feel bad for both of them. Could happen to anybody.  |

That dude should have been able to stop faster - might have been a new rider...it's a shame, but riders really need to watch everyone out there and anticipate douchebaggery.
