i thought it looked sort of like a license plate but where would it come from if it was a license late? maybe the car coming from the left side's license plate? or it could be the car that got hit's wing mirror |

I can see there are traffic signals, do these people just not care about them or what? is there any punitive penalties for not obeying a traffic signal or is the judicial system just too busy with other stuff?  |
