Car Runs into a Man Twice in London
A man dressed in orange was struck twice by a car on a street in London. The second impact lifted him into the air. After the incident, the vehicle's occupants fled on foot. An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. The victim was taken to the hospital and isrecovering.
