Yeah mate, he was on a cross walk. Mind you he should have dismounted his bike beforehand. But if a person is on a cross walk all traffic must stop and give way to said person

**butterflylove** He was not crossing on the cross walk. He was riding the bike in one lane then just moves to the next lane with out bothering to check. And also, just because someone is at a crosswalk and get hit by a vehicle, it is not always the drivers fault. Some of these pedestrians cross when vehicles are still going through...they cross against the light... |
