Car Rams People Waiting in Front of a Theater
Argentina, A serious accident occurred Sunday night when a car crashed into the front of the Cine Teatro Plaza. As a result of the incident, at least 23 people were injured and several ambulances traveled to the scene to provide medical assistance. The information maintains that 3 of the victims had serious injuries, so they were transferred to different hospitals in the province to be treated urgently. Police sources indicated that the incident occurred minutes before 10 p.m. when a white Volkswagen Vento was backing up and, for reasons that are being established, ended up colliding with the entrance to the theater. Apparently, it would be a car with an automatic gearbox that had a breakdown and ended up causing the accident, they added. The vehicle was driven by a disabled man who had attended the courtroom. Just at that moment, in the theater the performance of the comedy play Dos Locas de Remate, starring Soledad Silveyra and Verónica Llinásso dozens of people were at the entrance. |
