Emotional traumer? Fuck off. Why are all yanks on the grab for compensation? I've had more injuries than enough from motorbike accidents, i broke my pelvis and thigh, both legs and my arm, my neck, arms and legs seperately... it never occurred to me that I ever had 'emotional traumer' I just got fixed up and carried on, isn't that just what you do when you're a proper man and not a fucking parasite?

wow excessive speed was defiantly a factor, he was going so fast that once committed to were he was going he couldn't change course once the vehicle had stopped. I feel for the guy but to catch air and go through several trees if I heard correctly and have his push bumper torn off on impact, he must have been in the triple digits

The end the PO says it's up to Dallas to say who is at fault for the accident stuff. WTF? They'd try and pin this on the innocent driver pulling out of a street? ![]() |

Hardly innocent since he did pull out in a dangerous manner...chances are he didn't see the cop coming...which doesn't hold up as a defense given it was not on a hill.
