I've just watched it several times, what caused it was the woman in green stepping out causing the black car on the right to slam on. The white car behind it swerved out to miss him, and the next white car had even less time to avoid it. Basically, another idiot pedestrian stepping out into the road! |

There appears to be two yield to pedestrian signs at the intersection. It looks like the black car was stopping to yield the right of way to the pedestrian and the other cars failed to keep a safe breaking distance between them and cars in front of them.  · |
