No. Riding a slow moving vehicle on the road is not being an idiot. As with the preceding rider, it is clear that she was setting up to exit from left lane after crossing the bridge. She knew she had clear lanes behind her to make that move at the onset of the crossing. To have stayed on the right side and try to make the lane shift later among 3 lanes of faster moving traffic would have been idiotic.

She just wasn't counting on a psychopath driver behind her, but about 2% are.

No. 3, auto was in the wrong to bump her.
