Car Hits Woman Unloading Goods from the back of pick-up truck
Brazil, T. C. de A., 34 years old, got seriously injured. The young driver was subjected to a breathalyzer test, which did not indicate alcohol consumption, but his Drivers License had expired, and an infraction notice was signed.
