I don't get why the pedestrian is being blamed. If he was on a bike, no one would blame him. It's not like he was playing in the road, as a responsible person behind the wheel of a vehicle, you would just move over and not drive close to him. Not that difficult at all.    |

I guess when you were told to go play in traffic you thought... "Hey, great idea!" Streets are for vehicles and pedestrians use a sideWALK as the word implies where people not in a vehicle should be if they want to stay alive! Unless your from Kenya or Brazil then I guess common sense does not apply there!    |
