Car Hits Construction Worker Giving Directions to Disabled Man in Wheelchair
Russia, A disabled person sitting in his wheelchair is asking for help from a construction site worker for directions. At that moment a car appears hitting the construction worker who bounced back several meters from the impact. The driver fled the scene without checking the status of the worker. While the severely injured worker was taken to the hospital, the catastrophic accident was reflected in the lens of the camera.
