Car driver fell asleep while driving. The biker received injuries to his head and legs.

Motorcyclist was at fault. Shouldn't have turned across traffic if it wasn't clear to do so. Car driver falling asleep was irrelevant. Had dumbass not turned across the car's path of travel, the car may have continued until it hit something else (assuming the driver was asleep) and the motorcyclist wouldn't be shitting onto a pad and eating food through a straw.
