I don't think that's a fair comment. It appears obvious to me that the car was out of control and not the drivers' fault, as the heading of the story SAYS, the car had its emergency lights on, indicating something was wrong. If you look, the lights were flashing BEFORE the car collided with the dumpsters, so most likely the brakes failed and the driver hit the emergency warning lights. I wish people would read the story heading properly and actually watch the video before saying stupid things. Its not the driver of that car who should be off the road.....
