Re: Car Catches Fire On Live TV

That happened to me in 1999. I was sitting in a restaurant and I looked out at my car in the parking lot. Smoke and flames started coming out from under the hood (bonnet). It turns out that the ignition switch stayed in the "on" postion even after I removed the key and locked the doors. It melted the wiring harness to the starter. Luckily it only did $200 dollars worth of damage and was fine after.

Re: Car Catches Fire On Live TV

lol I had that happen to the old ass 1989 crown vic I used to drive. I was just sitting in traffic and suddenly saw some smoke rising from the hood. I pulled the car into a lot, opened the hood, and saw that the fucking engine was on fire! Luckily I was able to put the fire out before it got too bad. I got rid of that piece of shit after that fiasco.

The driver sure wasn't in any hurry to get out and away from the car.
