Fuel flash fire, by the size I would say the car had a nearly full tank. If you look carefully after the initial big flash it looks like someone got out of the left side of the vehicle and gave it legs. There was time for the occupants to get out before the car became engulfed but not much, if there was anyone else in there and they were stunned or knocked out in the crash they were in big trouble...
