No injuries were reported after a car crashed into a downtown Mount Airy storefront.

The crash was reported around 2:30 p.m. at Walker's Soda Shop on Main Street. The store was closed for repairs.

A business across the street, Mayberry Antique Mall, recorded video of the crash.

The video shows the car trying to back into a parking spot in front of Walker's Soda shop when it kept going and crashed into the storefront.

According to an employee the old lady in the car hit the gas instead of the brakes.
