That's what happens when cops overlook the laws of physics and just do what they want anytime they want. Happens here a lot of times. Cops will just very very suddenly stop in the middle of intersections to stop traffic and let the VIPs go through. Little did they think that speeding vehicles cannot stop abruptly like you pause a video.
