Bus Fatally Runs Over Sweeper Crawling from Bus Terminal Inspection Pit
India. Sweeper P.A.C, 55, was climbing out of a bus inspection pit at the bus maintenance workshop when he was hit and run over by a bus leaving the pit. Actually, after coming out first, he reportedly re-entered the pit to retrieve an item he had left behind. Around the same time, a bus driver assumed that no one was inside the pit proceeded forward. However, after hearing a loud thud, he stopped the bus. The victim received injuries on his head and legs. He was rushed to the Hospital where he died. The deceased’s son has filed a complaint. The driver is yet to be arrested, police said. |
