He might have survived. He turned the machine away at the last minute, and put the arm between him and the falling building. Also, the cabs of those things are VERY heavily built, with vertical and horizontal steel beams to keep them from collapsing in the event of a rollover. If the arm took enough of the punishment, then he was just subjected to falling debris shedding off the top of the cab. Or else, he's just flat and they need a new cab. Oh.......and a new employee. |

He WAS wearing an explosive vest. He wears it wherever he goes. In fact, his little daughter embroidered it with a "Hello Kitty" patch. It's kind of traditional, like a Shriner pin, or a Harvard Tie-tac. He just didn't set it off. |

Makes you wonder what would have happened if some drunk guy had driven home late at night and ran into one of the support pillars by accident. "Whoopsie, Everybody!!" |

yup. July 2020. A building collapsed on a digger with its driver inside, during a campaign in the Bashtil area of the Oseem city and center in Giza, during one of the removal campaigns in the governorate. Sources in Giza governorate confirmed that the driver of the digger, on whom part of the offending property fell, managed to get out of the rig during the fall of the property and was not hurt. The operator carried out two removals after urging the property to fall on the rig he was driving, after he was checked, and to make sure that he was healthy and not injured, and that the driller on which the property fell on him broke a part in the front of his arm, and it was changed and the removal completed with it. The governorate of Giza is witnessing a severe wave of the removal of violating real estate, whether it was built without a license or in violation of the terms of the license, or that falls on state land and encroachments on agricultural lands. |

Clearly, an excavator with wheels instead of tracks is gay, so those moslems collapsed a building on it, praise Allah! The operator should have put those gay wheels to good use and sped away a bit, he had about 5 seconds to get some distance. That is 5 floors of heavy concrete coming down, any heavy equipment operators here on DR want to chime in and predict his chance of survival? |
