According to the local press ..... As a result of an accident killed 15-year-old, 4 other people received injuries of varying severity. |

This accident seemed avoidable. In my opinion, the driver passing into the wrong lane had time to brake and move back to the right - to at least reduce the collision from a full nose-to-nose head-on, to a glancing collision which may have spared the 15 year old girl's life.
