When crossing an unregulated pedestrian crossing, the child did not dismount and did not make sure it was safe, as a result of which he was hit by a Toyota driver. The passenger of the electric scooter was taken to the hospital with injuries.

Materials have been drawn up against the minor's parents under Part 3 of Article 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the russian federation for transferring control of a vehicle to a person who does not have the right to drive.

The penalty under this article provides for a fine of 30 thousand rubles. In addition, information about the incidents has been sent to the Juvenile Affairs Department to consider the issue of bringing the parents to justice under Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the russian federation."
