At about 3:40 p.m. on the same day, Ms. PTM (66 years old, living in Dak Doa town) drove a motorbike carrying her grandson LHL (6 years old) across Highway 19, which was under construction and repair. The motorbike collided with a road roller driven by driver Lo Quang Long (36 years old, residing in Pleiku city, Gia Lai province) during road compaction construction on Highway 19. The motorbike suddenly collided, causing the road roller driver to collide. Without stopping in time, he ran over the motorbike and the child, causing the victim to die on the spot.
