At around 5 p.m. on July 11, near the Louxiachen gas station on the Yaqian direction of Xiaoshao East Road in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, scaffolding steel pipes loaded on a truck accidentally slipped, causing the windshield of a BMW sedan behind it to be pierced and the owner of the car to be injured.
