Ever wonder why riders always seem to roll head over heels when hitting a stationary object? Legs contacting the handlebars after the seat throws you up. Happened once and took months for bruises to go away. I actually have one place on my lower shin that is still sunk in, from over 30 years ago. Woulda been a fender bender had I been in a car.
