Huh... Never heard the onboard system say that. Feels like on some SE asian countries there ought to be a 'black box' in cars on loop, capturing and updating the last 10 min. or so of video. Y'know, JIC... But why was the message in english?

Vietnamese can buy Garmin dashcams on ubuy/FB marketplace etc. and you put on the automatic incident detection and recording and forget to change the language i guess.
