No other country have public transport like this. Only in the Philippines. Those were urban drag racers. one died with both legs cut on the spot.

he had a bit of a glance we almost had a similar incident last time in the philippines just like with this, a jeepney had stopped, maybe not as suddenly as this one though (so most likely not the same driver), and a passenger got off. our taxi saw it at the last moment, locked up and stopped just inches from the back of the jeepney. the passenger was very lucky they got off when they did, or they might have much shorter legs now |
